Viewing preferences vary a lot - there are those who purchase property abroad for purely investment purposes, often never visiting the location they select, preferring instead to make their decision based on financial advice, research and capital growth potential.

Then there are others who are perfectly happy to commit themselves by buying off-plan, relying on their knowledge of the area, studying an illustrated sales brochure and having a good imagination!

For the vast majority however, a visit to see their chosen property and get a feel for the place is a must. Gaining first-hand knowledge of both the immediate and surrounding areas is also invaluable in the decision making process.

Arranging the Visit

For those wishing to travel, we have colleagues in all locations who are ready to meet you, help with finding accommodation and, most importantly, spend time with you on a one-to-one basis.

If you're flying, you will be met at the airport and taken to your hotel and then on to the property. If you're driving, then a convenient rendezvous will be agreed.
